Z1ı

An office of founders. Eight weeks to show proof.

Z1i is a challenge for a few founders, each building their own project alongside the others. Every week, post one update with proof. The page counts what you proved.

Who it is for

An invite-only challenge for founders, eight weeks to a demo day.

Post before the call; on the call, you show it to the others.

On demo day each person presents from their project page. No vote.

Miss a week and nothing shames you. One free miss a season.

Four numbers per project

Progress - the weight of the steps you have proven. It only goes up when you attach proof.

3example: weeks in a row

Momentum - how many weeks in a row you posted with proof.

MVPexample

Stage - idea, spec, MVP, first user or first revenue. Five named steps move it.

11 hexample: this week

Effort - hours, sessions and tokens, if you connect Claude. The group sees it so they know you are here. It never counts toward anything.

Inputs are shown so the group can help. Only proven steps count. No number on a project page is typed by a person.

Every project has the same four tracks

Make the thing.

Reach the people.

Run the money and the rules.

Prove that people use it and pay.

The tracks are fixed. The steps under them depend on what you are building.

Under two minutes, once a week.It is not a form with numbers. The only text you type is one line.

How the Incubator counts.

Your project has four tracks: Make the thing, Reach the people, Run the money and the rules, Prove that people use and pay. Every project has the same four tracks; the steps under them depend on what you are building, and you pick that on day one.

Each step is a checkbox with one proof: a link, a screenshot, a signal from a tool you connected, or a friend confirming. Tick it when it is true and attach the proof. That is the only way the number goes up.

Progress is the weight of the steps you have proven. Momentum is how many weeks in a row you posted with proof; you get one free miss a season. Stage is where you are: idea, spec, MVP, first user, first revenue; five specific steps move it. Effort is your measured hours, sessions and tokens if you connected Claude; the group sees it so they know you are here, and it never counts toward anything.

Every week: one line on what you did, your proof, tick the steps. Two minutes. We meet after and you show it.

Nobody can see your code, your prompts or your files. Everyone can see your steps, your posts and your weekly effort. You can delete everything with one button.

What stays yours

Prompts, replies, code, file paths and repository names never leave your machine, unless you attach one as proof.

What is sent: counts of sessions, active time, tokens by model, a cost figure in US dollars, lines of code, commit and pull-request counts, a session id and an anonymous install id. Claude Code also attaches your account email to every datapoint; Z1i drops it on arrival and stores nothing from it.

The group sees your steps, posts and proofs. Effort is shown as weekly totals and last active, never per day.

Delete everything with one button or one command. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
